Payrolls were revised down by 911,000 through March 2025,bolstering the case for at least a 25 bp cut.Meanwhile, the EUR/GBP rate slipped by 0.1% to 0.8663, with sterlingsupported by stronger-than-expected BRC retail sales, up 2.9% y/y in August,the fastest growth in four months.
